What you will be doing:
- Maintain availability and dedication to The Fairmont Stream Spa at the Fairmont Pacific Rim, being available to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
- Provide necessary information to compile complete guest records.
- Perform 30, 45, 60, 75 and 90 minute massages and body treatments while accommodating guest's needs and creating individualized experiences.
- Drive and dedication towards the common goal of Forbes 5 star rating.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic and neat work environment at all times; ensure all equipment is in safe working order.
- Consult with guests to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Provide a welcoming and relaxing environment for guests throughout their spa journey.
- Promote spa services and retail products when appropriate to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain accurate guest treatment records and notes.
- Follow all spa policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Work collaboratively with spa colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest service.
- Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Your experience and skills include:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous experience in a spa, wellness center, or hospitality environment is an asset
- Strong knowledge of body treatments and wellness practices
- Excellent guest service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a calm, professional, and guest-focused environment
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
