Brentwood Bay Resort is seeking a Spa Esthetician to welcome guests and deliver personalized spa experiences. You will perform facials, manicures, pedicures, waxing, and body treatments while providing thoughtful product recommendations.

Qualifications

A day in the life

• Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care
• Perform personalized facials, manicures, pedicures, waxing, and body treatments with attention to detail and service excellence
• Conduct consultations and recommend treatments and home-care products based on guest needs and wellness goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and calming treatment environment
• Collaborate with Spa leadership and team members to create a seamless guest experience
• Support a positive and wellness-focused team culture
• Continue learning new techniques, products, and industry trends to enhance guest experiences
• Take pride in creating small moments that help guests feel relaxed, restored, and valued

• Previous Spa or wellness industry experience preferred
• Strong communication and guest service skills

• Confidence working independently while maintaining high service standards
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
