*This role requires weekend availability (8 hour shifts each day)

Job Overview for Spa Attendant:

The Spa Attendant is responsible to assist with guest queries, maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the spa including but not limited to, the locker room/ changing areas, waiting room and linen room. You will be responsible to restock amenities and assist guests in the spa. You will be responsible for ensuring 100% guest satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service to our Spa guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in the spa or hospitality industry
• Fluency in English both written and verbal. Proficiency in other languages would be an asset
• Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays, including overtime as required
• High School graduate
