Manitoulin Hotel & Conference Centre is seeking a Sous-chef to join our culinary team. The position involves early mornings, evenings, and weekend shifts with on-call and overtime as needed, in a hotel setting on Manitoulin Island.

The role requires a Secondary school graduation certificate and 7 months to under a year of related experience. Relocation is encouraged, and English is the working language at the property.
