Job Title: Sous-Chef / Kitchen Manager

We are looking for a Sous-Chef / Kitchen Manager to lead, organize, and inspire a high-performing culinary team.

Schedule

Tuesday to Saturday

Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a professional kitchen
  • Mastery of culinary techniques
  • Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure
  • Excellent organizational skills, stock and order management
  • Involvement in menu creation
  • Knowledge of HACCP standards
  • Natural leadership, kindness, and high standards
