Job summary

Intelcom | Dragonfly, a leader in last-mile logistics in Canada, is hiring a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee sorting, loading, and inbound/outbound freight.

You will enforce safety protocols, coach staff, manage daily operations, and coordinate with the optimization team to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations and safety protocols.
• Ability to supervise and mentor a team of handlers.
• Excellent organizational and reporting skills.
• Familiarity with dock procedures and BOL exchanges.

Responsibilities
