Job summary

Intelcom | Dragonfly operates Canada’s leader in last-mile logistics with extensive sorting operations nationwide. This role anchors safety, compliance and efficient warehouse execution in a fast-paced setting.

As Supervisor, you will mentor package handlers, oversee sorting, scanning, inbound/outbound freight, and ensure accurate inventory while coordinating daily with the optimization team before operations begin.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipping, receiving and inventory management
• Unload/ unload trailers and verify freight against manifests
• Assign labor and monitor day-to-day operations
• Coach and mentor warehouse staff and train new hires
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and organization
• Produce and submit reports on operations and safety
