Job Description

The salary range for this role is $56,000 - $77,000/year + Bonus.

As a Solutions Specialist, you will support inbound communication from clients regarding their subscriptions and services. You will deliver a best-in-class customer service experience, utilizing your deep knowledge of Numerator’s data sets, along with effective questioning and listening skills. You will develop the skills to become a trusted advisor to our clients, suggesting methodologies and delivering insights in a meaningful, actionable way. This role requires excellent customer service skills and a professional, empathetic attitude.

What You'll Do:
  • Guide clients on Numerator's web-based platforms to navigate, interpret results, and design reports to answer business questions with professionalism and empathy.
  • Respond promptly and thoroughly to client inquiries.
  • Use designated support software to manage and document customer interactions.
  • Connect client needs with Numerator solutions to support retention and growth.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Numerator data, solutions, and services, including key differentiators.
  • Educate clients on data methodology, site navigation, and report outputs.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through professional support.
  • Facilitate issue resolution with internal teams via internal systems.
  • Support clients on operational and analytical aspects of survey projects, including questionnaire feedback, sample selection, quota design, quality checks, and methodological design.
  • Be well-versed in Numerator Insights & Survey offerings and the full suite of Numerator data sources to address client objectives.
Skills & Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, with a passion for marketing.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint (or equivalent).
  • Experience with large data sets is a plus.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Experience with quantitative research and consumer goods, retail, or market research industry is a plus.
