Join to apply for the CAD Implementer/Solution Consultant role at Hexagon Safety, Infrastructure & Geospatial.

Reporting to the Professional Services Manager, the CAD Implementer will undertake and occasionally lead activities related to the introduction, design, development, configuration, installation, and support of Hexagon’s computer-aided dispatch products and applications, specializing in the Public Safety industry (9-1-1, Law Enforcement, Fire Protection Service, Emergency Medical Service). This highly technical role encompasses all aspects of software services delivery.

Responsibilities include:

1. Participating in functional requirement definition and analysis
2. Creating complex workflows through involvement in functional requirements analysis
3. Leading simple data modeling and data conversion activities
4. Performing complex configuration and installation of Hexagon’s COTS products
5. Designing solutions for customers, including documentation
6. Developing, installing, and conducting acceptance testing of custom applications and interfaces
7. Leading database administration activities
8. Supporting customer acceptance testing of Hexagon’s products
9. Performing other duties as assigned
