Responsibilities

• Configure software and prepare presentation materials for demonstrations.
• Showcase asset and information management solutions on desktop and mobile platforms.
• Incorporate service offerings into demonstrations to align with prospects' business needs.
• Demonstrate how system capabilities translate into business value to meet customer objectives.
• Lead presentations for diverse audiences, including executives and business users.
• Become a trusted adviser by helping customers understand how to achieve their business goals.
• Maintain industry, market, and competitor insights to support prospect inquiries.
• Deliver proof of concepts to demonstrate solution value and meet customer requirements.
• Respond to RFPs in collaboration with the proposal team.
• Contribute to the Solution Consulting community through teamwork and knowledge sharing.
• Stay current on product releases and maintain demo environments.
• Understand other Hexagon solutions to identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Participate in tradeshows, user conferences, and seminars.
• Conduct internal reporting on efforts and customer interactions.

Education / Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (highly desired).
• Ability to articulate integration capabilities, interoperability, and data flows.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in enterprise software consulting, implementations, or maintenance management.
• Knowledge of solution delivery strategies such as on-premise and SaaS.
• Willingness to travel 45-55% for client engagements and events.
• Experience presenting to varied organizational levels, including C-level audiences.

Preferred

• Experience with EAM and HxGN IM solutions.
• Demo2Win Certification.
• Industry experience in asset management.
• Languages: Spanish, Portuguese.
• Knowledge of asset management strategies, asset reliability, data integrations, supply chain, and operational risk management.
• Subject Matter Expert in Asset Information and Document Management Systems.
• Familiarity with Web APIs and system integration concepts.
• Programming skills in Python, SQL, JavaScript; experience with SQL Server or Oracle.
• Experience in a sales role.
