Base pay range:

56,000.00 / yr - $77,000.00 / yr

The salary range for this role is $56,000 - $77,000 / year + Bonus.

As a Solutions Specialist, you will support inbound communication from clients regarding their subscriptions and services. Solutions Specialists deliver a best-in-class customer service experience using deep knowledge of Numerator’s data sets, effective questioning, and listening skills. You will develop the skills to become a trusted advisor, suggesting better methodologies and delivering insights from our data in a meaningful, actionable way. This role requires excellent customer service support and a professional, empathetic attitude.

What You'll Do :

  1. Guide clients on Numerator's web-based platforms to navigate, interpret results, and design reports to answer business questions with professionalism and empathy.
  2. Respond promptly and thoroughly to client inquiries.
  3. Utilize support solutions / software to manage and document customer interactions.
  4. Connect client needs to Numerator solutions to support retention and growth.
  5. Develop a deep understanding of Numerator data, solutions, and services, including key differentiators.
  6. Educate clients on data methodology, site navigation, and report outputs.
  7. Ensure customer satisfaction with professional support.
  8. Facilitate issue resolution with internal teams through designated systems.
  9. Support clients on operational and analytical aspects of survey projects, including questionnaire feedback, sample selection, quota design, quality checks, and methodological design.
  10. Be well-versed in Numerator Insights & Survey offerings and aware of the full suite of data sources to address client objectives.

What You'll Bring to Numerator :

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with a passion for marketing.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (or equivalent).
  • Experience with large data sets is a plus.
  • Self-confidence and strong presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Experience with quantitative research is a plus.
  • Experience in working with large data sets to tell a story is a plus.
  • Experience in Consumer Goods, Retail, or Market Research Industry is a plus.
