Please note this is a hybrid role, therefore office attendance at the Ottawa Collaboration Hub is required.

What You'll Do
  • Provide expert-level technical advice and guidance to assigned partners, ensuring they realize the value of their investment in N-able products.
  • Manage customer requirements and provide technical assistance throughout the customer journey.
  • Conduct account reviews and Q&A sessions focusing on N-Able’s strengths and capabilities to derive value from products.
  • Perform competitive analyses and market research to understand competitor strengths and capabilities.
  • Work with Partners to assess and address technical requirements and increase feature consumption and adoption.
  • Offer design and configuration best practices when deploying N-Able Disaster Recovery products to networks.
  • Exercise problem identification, troubleshooting, and resolution with our champions.
  • Deliver product training to Partners and support teams.
  • Assist partners with product migrations, standardizations, and working with APIs.
What You'll Bring
  • Previous experience in a technical role.
  • Experience with Backup and Disaster Recovery tools and processes.
  • Support experience with backup tools.
  • Continuity planning skills.
  • Knowledge of virtualization, OS, cloud, or on-prem backup tools.
  • Experience working for or with an MSP, or selling to an MSP.
  • Ability to convey product messaging and value proposition through demonstrations and training.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and client management skills.
  • Planning, organizing, and implementation skills to complete projects on time.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing environment with autonomy.
  • Willingness to travel up to 5-10% when safe to do so.
