Job summary

MaintainX is hiring its first dedicated Solutions Architect for Integrations. You will be at the intersection of Sales and our post-sales Integrations team, ensuring customer commitments are technically sound before signing.

You will translate vague integration requirements into scoped blueprints, lead technical discovery with prospects on ERP/EAM systems, and produce data-flow diagrams and effort estimates for the delivery handoff.

Qualifications

• REST APIs, webhooks, and OAuth experience required.
• Experience with ERP/EAM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, IBM Maximo, Infor).
• Familiarity with SaaS delivery models and post-sale workflows.
• Experience with iPaaS platforms (Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft, Zapier).
• 4+ years in client-facing Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or similar roles.
• Ability to translate requirements into scoped blueprints and effort estimates.

Responsibilities

• Sit at the intersection of Sales and our post-sales Integrations team to validate commitments before contracts.
• Turn vague integration requirements into clear blueprints for delivery.
• Partner with Account Executives in pre-sales to uncover technical pain points.
• Lead technical discovery conversations about ERP, CMMS, EAM, and other enterprise systems to connect to MaintainX.
• Produce integration scope documents, data-flow diagrams, and effort estimates for handoff to delivery.
• Build a library of repeatable integration patterns, pre-built assets, and reference architectures.
• Represent integration feasibility and complexity in deal reviews and pricing conversations.
• Deliver live demos and proof-of-concept integrations to prospects when required.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Product teams to refine value messaging and accelerate deal velocity.
