Job summary

StackAdapt is seeking an integration and automation specialist to design and maintain modular integrations between internal systems and third-party platforms. You will partner with IT, Finance, HR, and Operations to gather requirements, set milestones, and deliver high-quality integrations using iPaaS tools like Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft, or Make.

You will work with REST/SOAP APIs, participate in on-call rotations, and ramp up on our existing ecosystem within the first six months.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages used for automation and integration
• Hands-on experience with iPaaS platforms and API technologies (REST/SOAP)
• Experience with ERP integrations (NetSuite/SAP/Workday) or similar
• Strong written and verbal communication to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with cloud compute infrastructure and delivering work within timelines

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain modular integrations and automation between internal systems and 3P platforms
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, HR, and Operations to gather requirements and set milestones
• Build and manage integrations on iPaaS platforms using REST/SOAP APIs
• Conduct code reviews and provide actionable feedback for maintainable code
• Participate in on-call rotation to monitor health and resolve production issues
• Ramp up on existing ecosystem and internal tooling in early months
• Deliver complete integration or automation improvements independently within 6 months
• Ensure on-time, well-tested delivery with minimal post-launch rework
• Aim to reduce MTTR through on-call contributions and improved documentation
