Job summary

Vendasta is seeking a Solution Architect to serve as the technical anchor for our largest enterprise partner, spanning 18 franchise brands and 3,600 locations. You will bridge enterprise infrastructure with live AI agent performance, custom automation deployment, and data fidelity across systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent technical experience.
• 4+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Technical Operations, Forward-Deployed Engineering, or Customer Engineering within enterprise B2B SaaS.
• Strong background in AI and prompt systems engineering—including LLM behavior tuning, RAG retrieval mechanics, context boundary guardrails, and conversation log evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute proprietary scripts on a daily basis to synchronize and deploy complex automation workflows across thousands of accounts across 18 franchise brands.
• Bridge platform gaps between custom scripting tools and native Account Template capabilities, collaborating directly with R&D to codify custom scripts into native software features.
• Maintain the classification logic, database queries, and custom reporting structures that feed executive performance dashboards, ensuring leadership decisions are built on verified data.
