Job summary

Restaurant365, a leading all-in-one restaurant management platform, seeks a Customer Architect to design AI-powered, scalable solutions across integrations, workflows, and product configurations. You’ll partner with success, product, engineering, and support teams.

You’ll move from discovery to hands-on building using Claude Code and Codex, delivering measurable business impact while ensuring security and maintainability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Enterprise SaaS or similar customer-facing technical roles.
• Experience partnering with enterprise customers on complex deployments.
• Strong understanding of SaaS architecture, APIs and data flows.
• Experience designing and building AI-powered applications and workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Claude Code, Codex or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Strategic CSMs to support enterprise customers and act as technical advisor.
• Diagnose challenges across environments and design scalable AI solutions.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes with AI and custom apps.
• Architect and build AI-powered solutions using Claude Code, Codex, and similar tools.
• Move solutions from concept to prototype to deployment with solid architecture.
• Drive cross-functional alignment to define technical strategy and roadmaps.
• Develop reusable playbooks and AI capability patterns for scale.
• Reduce firefighting by solving systemic issues across customers.
