Job summary

Volaris Group leads a portfolio of AI-driven software initiatives across multiple verticals, seeking a senior AI Solutions Architect to define technical architecture, standards, and reusable solution patterns. You will partner with CEOs, Product Leaders, and engineering teams to accelerate product innovation, automate processes, and improve outcomes while maintaining security and enterprise alignment.

You will mentor AI Champions and Pods, drive architectural governance, and shape the portfolio

Qualifications

Senior technical leader with enterprise software/architecture experience.
Hands-on experience delivering AI, ML, or intelligent automation solutions.
Experience embedding AI tooling into engineering workflows.
Background designing cloud-native, API-first architectures integrating AI into SaaS products.
Ability balance innovation with operational stability and governance.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain best practices for Portfolio AI Reference Architecture and reusable patterns.
Evaluate and recommend enterprise AI platforms/technologies and build reference implementations.
Set engineering standards across the AI stack including observability, testing, and versioning.
Embed AI coding agents and automated testing into the software lifecycle.
Collaborate with AI Pods to translate business problems into implementable solutions.
Embed security, privacy, governance, and Responsible AI principles into solutions.
Mentor engineering teams and deliver architecture reviews and workshops.
Create reusable assets (prompts, architectures, playbooks) for the AI Center of Excellence.
