Vendasta Technologies is seeking an AI Activation Strategist in Saskatoon to architect AI-driven solutions for clients within the Vendasta ecosystem. You will scope, validate workflows, and drive post-delivery AI optimization for sustained adoption.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in client success or technical consulting in SaaS, with strong AI fluency, prompt engineering, and ability to translate business needs into AI value across SMBs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Client Success or Implementation roles in SaaS.
• Strong AI fluency including LLM capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and consultative skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand business objectives and identify AI opportunities.
• Design tailored AI solutions using Vendasta AI technologies (e.g., Rep AI, Content AI).
• Act as the single point of contact, eliminating internal hand-offs between departments.
• Build, configure, and validate AI workflows and "AI Employees" within the Vendasta platform.
• Ensure technical integrity of the setup, troubleshoot issues, and automate repetitive tasks using AI.
