About the Role

You'll be the face of our program in-store, engaging Costco members, educating them about the value of residential solar, and booking qualified appointments for our sales team. Compensation & Earning Potential

• Commission-based structure (no base salary)
• Earning range: CA$80,000 - CA$150,000+ per year
• Average commission: CA$400-$600 per booked appointment
• Annual opportunity: 200-300+ closed deals
• Compensation is directly tied to performance - strong, consistent performers earn at the higher end of the range
