Clio in Burnaby is seeking a Software Developer to join our Engineering team in the Burnaby Hub. As part of our hybrid model, you’ll work from the office at least twice per week on Anchor Days.

You will collaborate with a distributed team of developers across three countries, build scalable web applications, and continuously improve our product using Ruby on Rails, AI-driven approaches, and Agile practices. Join us to ship high-quality software and grow with a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Experience building web applications at scale and Ruby on Rails.
• Ability to master new technologies quickly in a distributed, evolving environment.
• Mentorship in software development using Agile processes for large SaaS.
• Experience with large-scale systems.
• Strong communication and ability to build trusted relationships.
