Job summary

Clio is seeking a Software Developer, Co-op to join our Engineering team out of hub offices (Toronto, Calgary, Burnaby). All hub-based Clions are expected to be in office minimum twice per week.

Applicants should be available for an 8-month co-op period from January 2027 to end of August 2027. You will design, develop, and deploy high-quality software code as part of the Clio product suite, contribute to technical scoping, communicate progress, and collaborate across the broader organization.

Qualifications

• Second-year coursework completed; pursuing CS/engineering in 3rd or 4th year.
• Strong fundamentals in data structures and algorithms; solid programming skills.
• Interest in AI and software best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy code as part of Clio product suite.
• Contribute to scoping and planning for upcoming work.
• Collaborate across the development organization and participate in code reviews.
• Support timely delivery of features and customer-impacting fixes.
• Engage in team and company initiatives and rotate on product support.
