Qualifications

• Experience in software development, specifically with building web applications at scale using Ruby on Rails.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and work with distributed teams across multiple regions.
• Proven mentorship experience in an Agile environment and with large-scale SaaS products.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team of developers to solve complex problems and deliver elegant solutions for Clio customers.
• Work in an Agile environment with full stack developers on diverse projects.
• Mentor others, review code, and contribute to improving engineering practices across teams.
