Job summary

Plusgrade is seeking an Intermediate Software Developer for the Hospitality Upsell unit. You will build and maintain high-throughput connectivity pipelines that enable real-time data flow between third-party PMS or CRS systems and the Plusgrade platform.

Emphasis on resilience, observability, and AI-assisted development will drive faster delivery. You will collaborate with product, design, and global engineering teams to evolve architecture as partner demand scales, while maintaining strong

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building services and applications using Python.
• Strong skills in writing and optimizing SQL queries.
• Applies CS fundamentals, design patterns, and data structures to data integration pipelines.
• Integrated AI tools and agents into the software development lifecycle.
• Product-minded approach to reliability and measurable observability.

Responsibilities
