Plusgrade is seeking a Junior Software Developer for the Guest-facing Team in Montreal. You will join to design, build, and maintain full-stack features across our web applications, from database schema to the user interface.

You’ll work on customer-facing upsell experiences with attention to performance, accessibility, and conversion, and participate in live A/B testing. Collaboration with product, design, and data peers is essential to turn guest feedback into value.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with modern front-end frameworks and back-end tech stack.
• Proven ability to ship full-stack features with focus on performance and reliability.
• Experience integrating AI tools/agents into development workflow.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack features for web apps from DB to UI.
• Develop and optimize customer-facing upsell experiences with focus on performance and accessibility.
• Contribute to live A/B testing and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to translate feedback into features.
• Write clean, tested code and maintain test suites for production readiness.
