Plusgrade is seeking an Intermediate Software Developer for the Hospitality Upsell unit. You will build and maintain high-throughput connectivity pipelines that enable real-time data flow between third-party PMS or CRS systems and the Plusgrade platform.

You aren't just writing code. You are building the high-throughput connectivity pipelines and real-time integration systems that link Plusgrade directly with the world's leading hotel brands.

What You'll Be Doing

You will join the Hospitality Upsell business unit to build and maintain robust connectivity pipelines that ensure accurate real-time data flow between third-party PMS or CRS systems and our platform. You will focus on the resilience and observability of these integrations, proactively catching connectivity issues before they affect partners or guests. In your daily work, code production and review are meaningfully restructured around AI agents, enabling you to ship full-stack capabilities faster while keeping a high bar for automated testing and codebase health. You will work closely with product, design, and global engineering peers to evolve our architecture as partner demand scales.

What You Bring

You bring solid hands-on experience building services and applications using Python, combined with strong skills in writing and optimizing SQL queries. You apply core computer science fundamentals, design patterns, and data structures to build resilient, high-throughput data integration pipelines. You have integrated AI tools and agents directly into your software development lifecycle to design, review, and test scalable applications faster while maintaining quality. You take a product-minded approach to reliability, prioritizing system observability and clean code to catch production issues before they impact end users. You bring clear communication skills, empathy, and a collaborative mindset to agile sprint ceremonies and proactive knowledge sharing.
