Employment Type: Permanent Job Description: Intermediate Software Developer, Hospitality Upsell. You aren't just shipping code. You are building the self-service applications and upsell engines that power revenue growth for the world's leading hospitality brands while delivering memorable experiences to millions of guests.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will join our Hospitality Upsell business unit to design, build, and maintain full-stack features across our web applications, working from database schema to API to UI. You will develop and optimize partner-facing applications with an emphasis on scalable self-service functionality, best-in-class UI/UX, and live A/B testing. In your daily work, AI re-engineers how software gets built, where you will leverage AI agents to assist with code reviews, maintain testing suites, and accelerate shipping cycles. You will collaborate closely with product, design, and data teams to evolve our architecture and translate user feedback into high-impact product features.

What You Bring

You bring solid hands-on experience with TypeScript and modern front-end frameworks like React or Vue, paired with strong back-end development skills in Python and SQL. You apply core computer science fundamentals, design patterns, and data structures to build scalable, maintainable applications and resolve production issues. You take a product-minded approach to engineering, driven to build intuitive partner interfaces and robust self-service features that directly impact business revenue. You have already raised the bar for your previous teams by integrating AI-assisted tools and workflows that enabled your peers to design, review, and test code materially faster. You hold a high bar for clean code, actively participate in code reviews and agile rituals, and foster a culture of proactive knowledge sharing.
