Description
The purpose of this request is to acquire a Senior Software Developer-CRM who will assist in the implementation of several Salesforce projects that require external expertise in software development.

Must Haves
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Intermediate experience in coding
- 4-6 years experience working as a CRM administrator (e.g., Salesforce)
Responsibilities
The Sr. Software Developer will work directly with the program team, specifically the existing Salesforce administrators. They will develop, problem solve and implement projects within the existing salesforce environment. The responsibilities are focused specifically on the deliverables mentioned above.

- Experience with Salesforce integration tools

- Proven experience in the delivery and execution of projects/programs
- Deep knowledge of Customer Relationship Management platforms

- 4-6 years experience support Salesforce administration: 40 Points

Deliverables
- Complete Salesforce community site development, testing, and deployment for two existing community sites.
- Intake forms development and implementation, to replace all forms currently hosted by SurveyMonkey with innate Salesforce functionality.
- Intake forms review and problem-solving, on forms currently built as VisualForce Pages.
- Develop and implement IEHP client intake form and self-assessment.
- Other Salesforce development projects, as required.
Knowledge Transfer Details
- The candidate will ensure full knowledge transfer is provided to the Ontario Health team before end of engagement.
- The candidate must provide installation, design, development, and migration related documentation as part of knowledge transfer.
- All code, configuration, and documentation built by the candidate as part of this engagement is considered Ontario Health material.
- The candidate must complete all knowledge transfer at the latest two weeks before the end of the contract and it must be signed off by the Ontario Health Hiring Manager.
