Description
Responsibilities: Translate technical system specifications into working, tested CRM applications. Develop detailed programming specifications, write and generate code, compile data-driven programs, maintain, and conduct unit tests. Resolve and troubleshoot technical issues during software use and operation.

- Experience with structured methodologies for application development, design, implementation, and maintenance.
- Proficiency in design, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting applications.
- Experience with object-oriented and/or third-generation language development tools.
- Knowledge of one or more programming languages.
- Understanding of application design, design patterns, deployment, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with relational and hierarchical databases.
- Knowledge of information retrieval packages and query languages.
- Familiarity with communication protocols.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

CRM Software Development Skills
Knowledge and experience with specific CRM software, future releases, high availability solutions, enterprise architecture, middleware, and tools for CRM development.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with internet-ready applications, rapid application development methodologies, and information management principles.
- Ability to review, analyze, modify installation scripts, and provide post-implementation support.
- Knowledge of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) standards and regulations.
- Ability to produce user and system documentation.
Skills and Experience Requirements
Siebel Development Skills - 40%
- Oracle Siebel CRM testing experience is essential.
- Over 5 years of Siebel configuration, development, and integration experience.
- At least 3 years of experience with Siebel integration with Adobe AEM, J2EE, etc.
- Experience with Siebel IP18 or later, Siebel Tools, Web Templates, and Open UI classes and methods.
- Experience in Siebel Test Automation is a plus.
Report Development Skills - 35%
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, JQuery, JavaScript.
- Experience with OBIEE and PowerBI report development and testing.
- Knowledge of Open UI concepts, including PM, PR, Manifest, and Mapping files.
Soft Skills - 20%
- Strong communication skills, team collaboration, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to change.
Public Sector Experience - 5%
- Experience with Siebel modules like Public Sector CRM, Contracts, Lead Management, Partner Portal, Campaign Management, Marketing, Resource Management, and eService is advantageous.
- Experience with Transfer Payments is a plus.
