Start Date : 2025-01-31

End Date : 2025-03-31

Working Hrs. : 7.25 Hrs. / day

Hybrid role - 3 days onsite / 2 days remote.

MUST HAVES :

• Oracle Siebel CRM testing experience is a must
• 5+ years of experience with Siebel technical configuration / development / integration
• 3+ years of development and testing experience of Siebel integration with Adobe AEM, J2EE, etc.
• Experience with Siebel IP18 or later versions focusing on configuring, developing, and testing

Nice to Have :

• Experience working on Siebel Test Automation is an asset
• Experience with Siebel modules such as Public Sector CRM, Contracts, Lead Management, Partner, Public Sector Partner Portal, Campaign Management, Marketing, Resource Manager, and Public Sector eService would be an asset
• Experience with Transfer Payments would be an asset

Description

The role involves translating technical system specifications into working, tested CRM applications, including developing detailed programming specifications, coding, compiling data-driven programs, maintaining, and conducting unit tests. Troubleshooting technical issues during software operation is also required.

Required skills include programming and analysis experience, CRM software support, collaboration with IT professionals throughout the software development lifecycle, structured development methodologies, application design, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and database technologies. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
