Job summary

Giant Tiger is seeking a Softgoods Associate (Full-Time) at our Saint-Jean-Sur-Richelieu location. You will provide top-notch customer service, operate cash registers and self-checkouts, replenish merchandise, and handle markdowns and SKU updates in a busy retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high levels of customer service at checkout and throughout the store.
• Record transactions accurately on cash registers and SCOs.
• Replenish merchandise and maintain planograms and signing standards.
• Complete markdowns, SKU changes, and cycle counts as needed.
• Ensure compliance with tobacco and lottery policies and health & safety rules.
• Keep checkout area clean and organized and follow loss prevention practices.
