Creo is looking for a Social Strategist to help lead organic social, community management, social listening and day‑to‑day client account management across our growing social practice. In this role, you will act as a key strategic and client‑facing lead, helping brands build stronger, more relevant relationships with their audiences through organic social. You will translate business and brand objectives into actionable social strategies, use social listening and community insights to identify cultural and audience opportunities, and work closely with creative, content, influencer and media teams to bring those opportunities to life. You will oversee the day‑to‑day health and delivery of assigned client accounts, ensuring work is strategically strong, culturally relevant, responsive and delivered seamlessly. Success in this role will be measured by the quality of our social strategy and execution, strength of client relationships, community growth and engagement, actionable insights generated through social listening, and overall delivery excellence.

As a Social Strategist, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day strategic and account leadership of assigned organic social clients. You will develop social strategies and content recommendations, oversee community management programs, translate social listening and platform signals into actionable insights, and partner with creative teams to develop relevant, platform‑native content. You will also serve as a key client contact, managing priorities, timelines, deliverables and expectations while identifying opportunities to strengthen and grow client relationships. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, culture, community, content and client leadership and requires someone equally comfortable interpreting social conversations, presenting recommendations to clients and guiding teams through execution.
