Are you a creative marketer with a passion for growing brands and engaging communities? We’re looking for a dynamic Social Media & Marketing Specialist to help build awareness and drive growth for two fast-evolving businesses in the automotive and construction/glass industries.

This is a unique opportunity to work across multiple brands — both known for their quality, craftsmanship, and dedication to customer service — as they expand their presence in the Lower Mainland and Greater Vancouver.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute social media strategies to grow audiences and drive engagement (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn)
• Create compelling content (photo, video, graphics, and written) for multiple brand platforms
• Coordinate and manage posting schedules, stories, and ad campaigns across accounts
• Collaborate with leadership to align marketing campaigns with business goals
• Manage and update websites, blogs, and Google Business listings
• Monitor trends and performance analytics to improve strategy
• Assist with email marketing, promotions, print marketing, and community events
• Build relationships with influencers, local businesses, and partners to support cross-promotion and referral programs

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in a social media, marketing, or digital content role
• Strong graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools)
• Excellent writing and communication skills with a keen eye for brand tone and detail
• Highly organized with the ability to juggle priorities across different companies
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and paid ad platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
• Bonus if you have experience in automotive, construction, or trades-related industries
