Loopio is seeking a highly engaged and culturally tuned Social Media Manager to join our Marketing team. Reporting to the Director of Brand & Communications, this role is responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy to deliver measurable results across the customer lifecycle.

This collaborative position involves working with teams across Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Internal Communications, Talent, and employee resource groups. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes smart risks, and keeps our brand ahead of trends. They should be culturally aware and capable of creating bold, timely content that fosters conversation, engagement, and brand affinity.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance Loopio’s presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, X, Reddit, etc.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and resource groups to showcase Loopio’s culture externally, amplify initiatives, and align social efforts with business goals.
  • Build and manage external online communities related to Proposal Management, fostering authentic relationships and advocacy.
  • Manage active engagement and moderation, including responding to inquiries, participating in conversations, and monitoring social sentiment and trends.
  • Analyze and report on social media KPIs to optimize strategies and demonstrate impact.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, emerging platforms, and digital culture to identify new opportunities.
  • Lead social-first initiatives such as real-time content, video production, and campaigns to boost relevance and engagement.
  • Handle social media risks and crisis communications, working with teams for rapid responses.
  • Create original, high-quality content to increase brand awareness, grow audiences, and foster community interaction.
  • Set and pursue goals for audience growth, engagement, and community development, using data and trends to refine strategies.
What You’ll Bring To The Team
  • 5+ years of successful social media leadership, audience growth, and community building in B2B environments.
  • Expertise across major platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, Reddit.
  • Deep understanding of platform algorithms, content trends, and experience with tools like Sprout Social.
  • Proven ability to craft strategic plans that enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  • Strong content creation skills maintaining brand voice using tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Analytical skills to track KPIs, measure performance, and optimize strategies.
  • Excellent project management and cross-departmental collaboration skills, adaptable to high-growth settings.
  • Willingness and ability to travel occasionally within North America for events and content creation.
Where You’ll Work
  • Remote-first environment with HQ in Canada and global hubs.
  • Based in Canada (British Columbia, Ontario), London, or India (Gujarat, Maharashtra, Bengaluru).
  • Majority of team in Ontario and BC, working remotely within a 300km radius of Toronto and Vancouver.
  • Flexible co-working options in Toronto and Vancouver.
  • Collaborate virtually across UK, India, and North America, with core hours for synchronous work.
