Job summary

Ribbon is seeking a Social Media & Content Coordinator to shape how the world sees the future of hiring. You’ll create content from short-form video to punchy LinkedIn posts, working with our founders and GTM team to spark conversation and drive inbound interest.

You'll publish across LinkedIn, X, and emerging platforms, translate metrics into compelling posts, help produce short-form video, and track engagement to refine our strategy as Ribbon grows.

Qualifications

• Currently a student or recent graduate interested in marketing, content, media, or startups.
• Has a strong personal social media presence (LinkedIn, X, or TikTok) and understands how to grow an audience.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish content across LinkedIn, X, and emerging platforms to grow Ribbon’s brand and founder presence.
• Turn metrics, hiring data, and HR trends into daily/high-signal content such as charts and insights.
• Translate product usage data and recruiting insights into posts that educate and spark conversation.
• Help produce short-form video content from raw clips, podcasts, events, and team moments.
• Write concise, opinionated posts around AI, hiring trends, and startup life.
• Track performance metrics (engagement, impressions, clicks) and iterate based on what’s working.
• Monitor HRTech, AI, startups conversations and trends to inform content ideas.
• Assist with content calendars, launches, and GTM campaigns tied to product updates, partnerships, and events.
• Support community engagement by replying to comments, DMs, and inbound social interest.
• Help document and amplify Ribbon moments: customer wins, team culture, events, and product launches.
