About the Role

As the Social & Events Coordinator, you will play a key role in elevating Dipchand LLP’s brand presence, strengthening community connections, and supporting firm culture through engaging social media content and well‑executed events. This is ideal for someone with a passion for social media, event coordination, and storytelling who thrives in a fast‑paced professional services environment.

Social Media
  • Support the development and posting of content across social channels (primarily LinkedIn and Instagram)
  • Highlight firm updates, team achievements, events, and thought leadership
  • Monitor->__ & flag opportunities for brand visibility
  • Assist in basic reporting on reach, engagement, and content performance
Events
  • Coordinate logistics for internal gatherings, client events, community initiatives, and firm culture moments
  • Work with vendors (venues, catering, production) to ensure smooth execution
  • Support event setup, on‑site coordination, attendee management, and post‑event follow‑ups
  • Maintain the firm’s events calendar
Marketing & Communications Support
  • Draft internal announcements, event invites, social captions, and simple promotional materials
  • Maintain and regularly update the firm’s website
  • Assist with photo/video capture at events
  • Keep shared assets, marketing files, and event materials organized
  • Support ad‑hoc marketing projects as needed
  • Prepare and update PowerPoint presentations to support internal and client‑facing needs
  • Branded materials and firm swag – from ideation to execution
About You
  • 1–2 years of experience in social media, marketing, communications, or events (internships included)
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Comfortable working in a professional servicesparty
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, Canva, and basic analytics tools
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
