Job summary

ROA Inc. is recruiting for the 2026/2027 winter season across several GTA locations. Eligible drivers with a Class DZ license can join a growing team and help maintain our fleet of snowplows and salt spreaders.

We offer 10 vacancies with competitive hourly pay and potential standby fees depending on contract. Training is provided, and there may be year-round opportunities for reliable, safety‑conscious drivers.

Qualifications

• Class DZ Driver’s license
• Supply Drivers Abstract and CVOR
• Reliable transportation to get to and from work
• Experience is preferred but not required training can be provided
• Safety oriented
• Pre-job Orientation is required
• May lead to year-round employment

Responsibilities

• Operate snowplows/salters during the winter season
• Ensure safety and compliance with applicable regulations
• Attend pre-job orientation and follow assignments
• Support ROA Inc. during winter maintenance operations

Operating a fleet of approximately 80 snowplows/salters ROA Inc. provides winter maintenance services all over the GTA and surrounding areas. Our drivers are experienced and professional, and we are looking to increase our team!

• Barrie
• Square One Shopping Centre
