Job summary

Done Correctly Inc. is seeking Snow Removal Equipment Operators for the upcoming winter season in Regina, Saskatchewan. This position is full-time with on-call duties and wage based on experience.

Qualified applicants will operate equipment such as skid steers, compact loaders, wheel loaders, snow pushers, and various snow-removal attachments to clear commercial parking lots and properties. Availability for overnight and holiday shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Previous equipment operating experience.
• Snow-removal experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Shifts include overnight, early-morning, weekend and holidays.
• Weather-dependent schedule; long shifts during major snow events.

Wage: Based on experience

We are looking for experienced operators who can safely and efficiently operate equipment during commercial snow-removal operations.

Equipment May Include:

• Skid steers
• Compact loaders
• Wheel loaders
• Snow pushers
• Buckets and other snow-removal attachments

Responsibilities:

• Clear commercial parking lots and properties
• Operate safely around vehicles, buildings, curbs and other obstacles
• Stack and relocate snow as required
• Complete equipment inspections
• Maintain communication with supervisors during snow events
• Be available when called during snowstorms

Requirements:

• Previous equipment operating experience
• Snow-removal experience is strongly preferred
• Valid driver's licence
• Reliable transportation
• Must be available for overnight, early-morning, weekend and holiday shifts when snow events occur
• Must be dependable snow removal is weather dependent and operators are required when storms happen
• Ability to work long shifts during major snow events

This position is best suited to someone comfortable operating equipment independently and working irregular hours based on weather conditions.
