Job summary

Clintar Paradise, NL is hiring for the winter season as part of the ice and snow team. Roles are on-call, often overnight, and contingent on winter conditions. All shifts require availability on short notice.

Candidates must be available on short notice, able to operate snow removal equipment, shovel, apply salt, and respond to emergencies as needed during winter weather.

Qualifications

• Must have a clean and valid driver’s license.
• On-call availability, especially during evenings, weekends, and holidays (Nov–Apr).
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Prior snow removal experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Operate snow removal equipment (snow blowers, plows, salt spreaders).
• Shovel or shovel with tools to remove snow and ice.
• Apply salt, sand, or de-icing agents for traction and melting ice.
• Respond to emergency snow removal calls during heavy snow or severe weather.

Responsibilities

• Operate snow removal equipment, such as snow blowers, snow shovels, snowplows, or salt spreaders, depending on the job and equipment availability.
• Shovel, snowblow, or use other hand tools to manually remove snow and ice from designated areas.
• Apply salt, sand, or other de-icing agents to surfaces to improve traction and melt ice.
• Be prepared to respond to emergency calls for snow removal, especially during heavy snowfalls or severe weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Clean and valid driver’s license
• On-Call availability, especially during evenings, weekends, and holidays from November – April
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Prior snow experience is an asset
