Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in snow removal.
• Flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• On-call availability from November–April.
• Cell phone data required.

Responsibilities

• Operate loaders or equipment with snowplows to clear snow and ice from roadways and lots.
• Maintain clean sites and avoid property damage during removal.
• Respond to emergency snow removal calls during heavy snowfall.
• Maintain communication with supervisors on road conditions and progress.
• Work in cold weather, nights, and variable schedules to ensure timely removal.
• Keep time logs and maintenance records for equipment and materials used.
• Provide professional service and follow health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate Loaders or Ag Tractor with snowplows to clear snow and ice from roadways, parking lots and other designated areas.
• Maintaining clean sites, ensuring no property damage during snow removal
• Respond to emergency calls for snow removal, especially during heavy snowfalls or severe weather conditions.
• Maintain communication with supervisors or dispatch to report road conditions, progress, and any issues encountered.
• Work in challenging weather conditions, including cold temperatures, snowstorms, and potentially at night, to ensure timely snow removal.
• Maintain records of work completed, including time logs, equipment maintenance records, and reports on materials used.
• Provide professional service
• Follow all health & safety regulations

• The role demands flexible hours, often days or overnight, including weekends and holidays
