Job summary

Emcon Services Inc is seeking confident winter equipment operators for seasonal union positions across Alberta, including Drumheller. Successful candidates will operate plow trucks and support a range of road maintenance tasks during winter months.

Qualifications include a valid AB Driver’s Licence (minimum Class 3/air), Class 1 licence preferred, and 24/7 on-call availability in winter. Multiple locations are involved for this seasonal work.

Qualifications

• Class 1 licence preferred for location/snow operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate winter plow trucks and perform related road maintenance tasks.
• Assist with sign, guiderail, fence, ditch, and culvert maintenance as needed.

EMCON SERVICES INC., a progressive Road & Bridge Maintenance Contractor in BC, Alberta and Ontario, is looking for a confident winter equipment operator in several locations. These are seasonal union (AUPE) positions. Our teams perform a large variety of road maintenance related tasks such as installing, repairing and maintaining signs, guiderails, fences, ditches, culverts, but the primary function for the winter season is driving plow trucks.

Qualifications include:

• Valid AB Driver’s Licence (minimum Class 3/ air)
• Class 1 preferred.
• 24/7 on call in winter season
