Job summary

Emcon Services Inc. is seeking a confident winter equipment operator to join our full-time union team in Alberta. You will be responsible for driving plow trucks and performing various road maintenance tasks, including installing and repairing signs and guiderails.

Applicants must hold a valid AB Driver’s Licence (minimum Class 3, with Class 1 preferred) and agree to a pre-employment drug screening. Interested candidates should submit their résumés and necessary driving documents to Emcon Services.

Job description

EMCON SERVICES INC., a progressive Road & Bridge Maintenance Contractor in BC, Alberta and Ontario, is looking for a confident winter equipment operator in several locations. These are full‑time union (AUPE) positions. Our teams perform a large variety of road maintenance related tasks such as installing, repairing, and maintaining signs, guiderails, fences, ditches, culverts, but the primary function for the winter season is driving plow trucks.

Qualifications include:

• Valid AB Driver’s Licence (minimum Class 3/air)
• Class 1 preferred.

Pre‑employment drug screening.
