Job summary

Emcon Services Inc. is seeking a seasonal winter equipment operator in Fort McMurray, AB. The primary role involves driving plow trucks during the winter season, along with various road maintenance tasks such as installing and repairing signs and guiderails.

EMCON SERVICES INC., a progressive Road & Bridge Maintenance Contractor in BC, Alberta and Ontario, is looking for a confident winter equipment operator in Fort McMurray, AB. These are seasonal union (AUPE) positions. Our teams perform a large variety of road maintenance related tasks such as installing, repairing and maintaining signs, guiderails, fences, ditches, culverts, but the primary function for the winter season is driving plow trucks.

Qualifications

• Valid AB Driver’s Licence (minimum Class 3/air)
• Class 1 preferred.
• 24/7 on call in winter season
