EMCON SERVICES INC. is seeking a confident equipment operator for Wandering River, Alberta. These are seasonal union AUPE positions focused on winter plowing and road maintenance tasks. Accommodations may be provided for the right candidate, and pre-employment checks apply.

Responsibilities include driving plow trucks and performing a variety of road maintenance duties as part of our BC, Alberta and Ontario teams.

Qualifications

• AB driver's licence required (Class 3 minimum).
• Class 1 licence preferred.
• Pre-employment drug screening.

Job description

EMCON SERVICES INC., a progressive Road & Bridge Maintenance Contractor in BC, Alberta and Ontario, is looking for a confident equipment operator in Wandering River. These are seasonal union (AUPE) positions. Accommodations may be provided. Our teams perform a large variety of road maintenance related tasks such as installing, repairing and maintaining signs, guiderails, fences, ditches, culverts, but the primary function for the winter season is driving plow trucks.

Qualifications

• Valid AB Driver’s Licence (minimum Class 3/air)
• Class 1 preferred.
