Job summary

CSL Group Ltd in Hamilton, Ontario is hiring a Snowplow and Heavy Equipment Operator. You will lead a small team of snow removal professionals while operating snowplows and other heavy equipment to keep roads and driveways safe during winter.

This seasonal role offers $25–$30 per hour with guaranteed pay options and bi-weekly pay, with potential for full-time, year-round employment. Start date November 15, 2026.

Qualifications

• G2 license and clean driver's abstract required.
• Experience operating a snowplow and/or heavy equipment.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites (not accessible by public transit).
• Open availability for on-call work (snow may fall at night).
• Ability and willingness to work long hours during peak days.
• Access to a mobile phone for communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Motivation, dedication, and a focus on safety and efficiency.
• Physically fit — able to lift 50 lbs or more.

Job description

The Role: Snowplow / Heavy Equipment Operator

Earn $25–$30/hr + Guaranteed Pay Options*
Paid bi-weekly

You can earn $25–$30 per hour, depending on experience and reliability. As a Snowplow and Heavy Equipment Operator at CSL, you will lead a team of snow removal professionals while operating snowplows and other heavy equipment. You will play a key role in keeping our communities safe and accessible throughout the winter season.
