Job summary

Marquis Snow and Ice Ltd. is seeking Property Maintenance Technicians to join our Operations Team for snow and ice removal. The snow and ice removal season runs from November through April, depending on the weather conditions.

The role involves property maintenance at commercial and municipal sites, route planning, safety compliance, equipment inspections, and accurate recordkeeping. Candidates must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays when required and be prepared for extended hours

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean abstract.
• Willing to travel regularly for on-site maintenance and repairs.
• Available November through April to standby for operations.
• Able to work nights, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Property maintenance across parking lots, sidewalks and yard areas.
• Follow routes and schedules to ensure timely snow removal.
• Adhere to safety protocols and report hazards.
• Inspect snow plows and equipment pre- and post-operation.
• Keep records of hours, routes and materials used.
• Interact professionally with clients and property managers.
• Be flexible to work extended hours during snow events.
• Collaborate with team during non-snow seasons.
