A leading financial services firm seeks a Small Business Sales Manager - Executive Director to lead its sales team in Canada. This role involves developing strategies for revenue growth, managing client relationships, and overseeing a large team to achieve operational goals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales leadership and a strong track record in the payments industry.

You will have overall responsibility for leading the Small Business Sales Team in Canada, being responsible for executing on all merchant acquisition activity across the assigned segment. You will build a strong business culture and collaborate with key stakeholders across the Merchant Services business and across the firm with a focus on maximizing relationships with key strategic customers and partners, developing a strong pipeline of new business and delivering the firm to our customers.
You will be responsible for achieving specific revenue, volume, and client acquisition goals and will lead a diverse and geographically dispersed team to deliver against these goals. The successful candidate will define and drive the overall Small Business Sales strategy for the region, and will also collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure strong alignment. This position also works closely and collaboratively with the broader leadership team, including those leading Product , Operations, Technology and all other enablement functions including Chase’s shared services such as HR, Controls, Compliance, Risk and Legal.
