A leading company specializing in custom packaging solutions seeks a National Sales Manager to oversee a team of sales professionals. The role focuses on driving growth through strategic leadership, team management, and client engagement. Ideal candidates will demonstrate significant sales experience and a solid understanding of the packaging industry.
As National Sales Manager, you will lead a team of 4 to 6 outside salespeople East of Toronto, selling customized corrugated Packaging solutions, paper bag products, retail packaging and displays, and supply and inventory management programs. The focus is to drive growth through strategy, coaching, leading, managing, training, and supporting your team's sales efforts to bring more business. This position reports to the Sales Director. This position offers a base salary range of $140,000 - $160,000 plus bonuses.

It is privately owned and headquartered in Canada, with 23 manufacturing facilities and over 2500 employees across Canada and the United States. They are expanding, and they are in the process of building a 500,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in the Hamilton / Ancaster Area.
