Job summary

Grey Eagle Resort & Casino in Calgary seeks a Senior Slot Floor Supervisor to lead Slot Floor operations, support Supervisors and Attendants, and ensure compliant, high-quality guest experiences.

You will act as the primary operational contact on complex matters, oversee jackpot/hand-pay processes, and coordinate with Security, Surveillance and AML/Compliance to maintain a safe, professional environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, hospitality, leadership or related field is an asset.
• 3-5 years of casino or slot operations experience preferred, including supervisory or leadership experience on a gaming floor.
• Strong working knowledge of slot-machine operations, TITO systems, jackpots/hand pays, machine-access controls, gaming-floor procedures and casino operating practices.
• Proven guest-service, conflict-resolution, de-escalation, judgment and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to lead and develop Supervisors and frontline employees with clear direction and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior shift leadership for Slot Floor operations and coordinate Supervisors and Attendants.
• Act as primary escalation point for complex guest concerns, disputes and jackpot/hand-pay issues.
• Ensure compliance with departmental procedures, internal controls, and service standards.
• Lead operational readiness of Slot Floor; communicate significant incidents to management.
• Oversee jackpot/hand-pay processes, verifications and balanceings per internal controls.
• Monitor slot-floor activity, coordinate troubleshooting and escalate technical issues as needed.
• Maintain inventory and access controls for Slot Floor materials and equipment.
• Promote effective collaboration with Security, Surveillance, AML/Compliance and other departments.
