Sleep Country Canada/Dormezvous in Canada seeks a dedicated Sales Associate to help customers find the right sleep solutions and promote our products and services. You will contribute to a welcoming store environment, assist with inventory, and collaborate with the team to meet and exceed goals.

You should have a customer-first mindset, strong communication skills, and be available for days, evenings, and weekends.

Competenze

• 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Retail and/or Customer Service commonly seen as asset
• Positive, optimistic attitude and a strong customer focus
• Ambitious and willing to commit to continuous education and learning
• Available to work days, evenings and weekends
• Critical thinking skills and the ability to tackle problems on your own

Mansioni

• Engage with customers to identify their needs and promote our quality products and service offerings
• Ensure our stores are always visually appealing through product presentation, replenishment and store housekeeping
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and completing inventory counts to ensure accurate stock levels
• Work together as part of the Sales team to exceed goals and expectations
