Job summary

Sleep Country Canada is seeking a motivated Sales Associate for our Mississauga location. You will engage customers, promote our sleep solutions, and help maintain an attractive store environment to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

You will work with the sales team to meet or exceed targets, with opportunities for commissions and bonuses based on performance. Comprehensive benefits and ongoing product training are provided.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in Sales, Retail or Customer Service is preferred but not mandatory.
• A positive, optimistic attitude with a strong customer focus.
• Ambitious and willing to pursue ongoing education and learning.
• Availability to work days, evenings and weekends.
• Ability to think critically and solve problems independently.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to identify needs, promote products and services.
• Maintain visually appealing stores through presentation, replenishment and housekeeping.
• Assist with receiving, organizing and counting inventory to ensure stock accuracy.
• Collaborate with Sales team to exceed goals and deliver exceptional service.
